Naturopathic Consultations (virtual):
Typically, a minimum of 6 appointments initially are what most people need to get to the bottom of a health issue and to really start to feel the change. However, more complex issues can take longer. Please bear this in mind when you plan to book so you are ready to enter into a program to help your health for the long term.

A comprehensive review & discussion to understand your complete health picture including current health issues and medications, medical history, all body systems, lifestyle factors such as exercise, food, home-life, work-life, etc.
This in-depth process helps us to build a detailed health picture, understand your needs and identify how we can work together to support you. Included in the cost is a health appraisal questionnaire which you will complete at home and send to me in advance for a full review.
Our first three sessions together really aim to get to the bottom of the root cause of your current health issues, how to move forward & what it will take to get you there. The body is one aspect we focus on, plus the mind & soul - get ready to know yourself even more & truly meet that vibrant version of yourself.
Initial Consultation (up to 90 minutes) includes:
Access to Amanda’s own comprehensive health appraisal questionnaires – developed from over 20 years of clinical experience. You will have the time at home to complete this before the consultation (the questionnaires will take you a couple of hours to complete)
Amanda will spend approximately 2 hours or more on reviewing the questionnaires before your appointment, (note that Amanda’s time to review the questionnaires is included in the consultation fee)
This means we can get to work more quickly in helping you to feel better.
follow-up Consultations
You will need to book 2 x Follow-Up Consultations (up to 60 minutes @ $200 each) to ensure we get you off to an optimal start with your health changes:
The minimal number of consultations to get started is 3 including the initial consultation plus 2 follow-up consultations.
The second consultation will investigate deeper into your health history and target the core underlying causes. Plus, we will develop a plan for the initial treatment approach & prescribe naturopathic supplements (supplements are an extra charge depending on what your body requires
The third consultation will be a review of how your body is responding to the initial treatment approach and fine-tuning, then developing the health plan going forward.

Have you recently had some blood tests with your GP and didn't feel you got any information from them? Do you feel something is wrong and you want answers? I offer a range of services that may help you to find the answers you seek:
Deciphering Your Blood Tests:
I have over 20 years of experience in reading Pathology Reports (blood tests) & will provide you with a Comprehensive Report of what they mean. I use cutting edge software from the USA to decipher your blood biomarkers and produce a super informative report.
You can do this as a one-off service for $180 (non-patients) or $145 (patients who are currently working with me). Just contact me to organise this service via the contact form. I will require a copy of your recent blood test (must be within past 12 months) and you will need to prepay in advance.
If you are a current client working with me we can discuss your recent blood tests and consider if you require any other biomarkers to be tested, I can write you a referral to obtain the tests privately via your local laboratory (QML, Laverty etc).
(Please note that the fee is per one set of blood tests, if you have blood tests from different dates and want them reported separately the fee is per each one.)
Functional Health Testing:
Working in collaboration with accredited laboratories in Australia and the United States, we can test a whole variety of key indicators to help you discover what is going on with your health. A small selection of tests are below
